INCIDENT DESCRIPTION
On Wednesday morning, June 21st, the Land Gorilla application experienced a system wide outage from 3:10 AM PST to 6:03 AM PST. Some users reported they could not access the Land Gorilla application during this period.

IMPACT
The Land Gorilla application was not available during this time window. Impacted users received an error message reading “This page isn’t working” or were re-routed to the Land Gorilla home page when attempting to access the login page.

RESOLUTION SUMMARY
The engineering team has resolved the issue by investigating the incident, reviewing log information, and correcting a backend configuration that caused the outage. This issue is related to a systemwide update that went into place to enhance platform security.

REMEDIATION
The engineering team is actively monitoring the situation and adding an early warning notification to prevent and limit future interruptions.
